A bit about me...
I help ambitious women who struggle with weight and body image transform their relationship with food and body so they can reclaim joy and confidence on their weight loss journey.
I have been overweight my entire adult life. And after trying (and failing!) every diet system out there, I set out on a mission to learn why so many women struggle to lose weight, and what REALLY works for sustainable weight loss. As a physician, I thought I'd find the answer in medicine and nutrition science.
But here’s what I actually discovered: it's SO MUCH MORE than calories in, calories out. We have to look at the reasons WHY we are overweight in the first place and heal our relationship with food (and, of course, with ourselves). It’s a deeply personal journey.READ MORE HERE ⟩
